Topic: Printing problem

hi,

Please advice what is the problem of my printing, please refer to attachment

I use PLA, the wall is 2mm, but the filament not joining.

wheres the infil? is it turned off in slicer? need at min 15% I use 30 on most settings

Solidoodle 2 with Deluxe kit cover & glass bed with heater. and 2nd board SD2 used not 3rd and alum platform not installed yet still wood. also need cooling fan installed to board. use Repetier Host couple vers. Slic3r also have all free ware STL programs

Have you done the extruder calibration yet?

Note that relating to this last link, if you are using a .4mm nozzle, the extruded strand width should be around 0.48mm...

for sure, i had already calibrated the extruder. but some suggestion still not yet try.
