Topic: SD4+E3Dv6=Printer stopped due to errors.
So I've installed the E3D, modified and updated the firmware.
I've changed these lines:
#define SOLIDOODLE_VERSION 3
#define MOTHERBOARD 81
#define TEMP_SENSOR_0 5 // (I've also tried: 6)
#define HEATER_0_MAXTEMP 350
#define BED_MAXTEMP 110
I'm using the stock SD4 power supply, which can deliver 12,5A @ 12V so 150W total.
But every time I try to start a print, I get this message(Printer stopped due to errors.) in the log.
The error is logged, right after the hot end and heat bed, have reached there defined temperature(210C and 100C)
I can operate the printer manually in repetier-host, like the movements, extruder, hot end and heat bed.
The thermister is is reporting a stable temperature(Only minor fluctuations), but I'm uncertain the temperature reading is correct.
When I reach 220C, I can hardly extrude the filament by hand, and it should be flowing easily.
But if I bump the temperature to 300C it starts flowing like it should.
When I installed the thermister, I made sure it was all the way inside(Reaching the bottom).
I read about others with this problem, but they where all centered around a loose thermister(Bad connection).
But I don't think this is the problem here, as the error occurs before theres any movement(I've tried moving the wires by hand).
I don't know what to do now... I'm lost...
