Well then, now I'm confused as to how they prioritize orders as I've not received an email, yet I ordered mine before yours as stated in my previous post. I'm sitting at 19 days going on 20. :'(

You know what could help waiting customers, would be to post average production and shipping times for each model printer. I've noticed SD4s going out sooner than SD3s/SD2s even if the SD4 customer ordered after someone who ordered an older model.

I believe I read in an earlier post that certain printers go out on certain dates. Does this mean that, even if the printers are made to order, orders aren't shipped until ALL the ordered printers of that specific model have been produced regardless of queue? There doesn't seem to be a very clear explanation for when items are shipped out and a production time of >3 weeks (the website used to claim 1-2 weeks lead time, I've noticed it's been conveniently changed since I emailed customer care yesterday) is rather much for any 3d printer.

Any idea what the lead-time is for orders placed during the big sale?

The store of course said 2-3 weeks, but I ordered right at the end, a bit over 3 weeks ago.
If orders picked-up during the sale I might have to wait a bit longer than 3 weeks...

Sit back, grab a snickers or two or three or four and wait.  I waited a month longer than advertised and they said they would send a extra spool of filament for the wait.....and sent nothing.  So my advice to anyone waiting is to just be patient, eat that snickers and take the shaft with no lube.

I just placed an order for an SD4 today. Will update when I get more information.

My SD4 arrived today. I'm impressed so far, but haven't got her up and running yet so that isn't saying much...

Until you realized they shipped all those orders around that time right away because they were dropping the price $300 in a couple of days so people didn't cancel and re-purchase at the lower price. lol

Same thing happened to me, and I thought I was lucky. Not so lucky.
