Topic: Hotend Clogged
Well it finally happened. Had my printer since May and it finally clogged. I can't get it to extrude, I've tried everything from needles to thin magnet wire in the nozzle to no avail. Left it extruding for long periods of time while I poke around, nothing.
I'm printing nylon 618 so Acetone will do nothing.
I have disassembled the Solidoodle extruder bracket before and it SUCKS BIG TIME. I DO NOT want to have to do it again if it is at all avoidable. Is there a way to remove the nozzle from the hotend without removing the hotend? Thanks
Also, does anyone know the shipping time on a new solidoodle hotend? ![]()
