Hi all I have an error with the EEPROM reading my nozzle serial number, I have tried 3 nozzles and none will read, I can clean the nozzle only using this software, my LCD is frozen its a Super anyone have any idea how to clear the EEPROM?

PLEASE CAN YOU ADD THE XYZ COLOR dv1CP0A000 TO THE CONVERTER. I have the ability to change ink levels then please....
