Topic: Level the bed with the wingnuts?

Newbie question here.  The official Solidoodle leveling video says to poke holes in the kapton and run the three bed screws in.  But then I noticed that the printer in the video doesn't have wingnuts on the bottoms of those screws and my printer does.  Can't I just tighten/loosen the wingnuts to lower/raise the bed, or am I missing something?

If your printer has the wingnuts, you can just turn them to level the bed.  The video is a bit dated!
