I don't mean to derail the thread, but I can make a modified version for anyone to try.
I typically like to test my designs before uploading them so that no one wastes filament, but I discovered the other day that adding countersinks should be possible if I move the carriage mount holes over by 1mm.
If you'd like to give it a shot for me, I'd be glad to upload the file for you to try. You should only have to reprint that one part (the bottom), and all of the other pieces should work just fine with it. Let me know, and I'll work on getting it ready to be printed.
edit: The carriage bolts are pan heads aren't they? I think they should have a 6mm head OD.
