Topic: Infill issues

Hi,

Can anyone explain why the infill doesn't touch the wall? I have checked the G.Code and it looks  ok. Calibration for the Extruder and XY have already been done, belt have been tensioned.

Re: Infill issues

One possibility is the spool is hard to unravel so it causes extra tension. Make sure the roll is as easy to unwind as possible

N
ope. tried that, still having the same issue. Any idea is it because of the Sli3r? Seems like my SD 2 has no issues but using SD3 i face this.

Re: Infill issues

I would guess one of two things could be causing this.
1. Check the belt that runs from the Y drive motor to the cross shaft and make sure that is tight.
2. Check and make sure that your extruder doesn't have any wobble in it.  If it does snug up the blocks on the back rod just not to tight as you don't want them to bind.

the issue has been solved smile What I did,

1) Re-Tighten the Y Axis Motor
2) Re Calibrate the Steps for the XY Stepper
