Topic: Items print too large

Nothing comically large, just not even in the ballpark of what the item should be. I downloaded a calibration cube from thingiverse with walls that are supposed to be .5mm thick. What gets spit out is the correct height but the walls are at 1.40mm so almost 3 times what its supposed to be.

I just recently started using Repetier Host, but I am still using Skeinforge to slice. Can anyone tell me what settings I should be looking to tweak to fix this?

Stop using Skeinforge for starters. smile

Then it will be easier to check your settings.

What kind of powerful dark magic is this? I switched to Slic3r and it printed the .5mm walls at .63mm, much much closer to what it should be.
