Topic: Extruder tip hits table on start of print and jams

Hi i have just unpacked my Sd3 and tried printing a file. The table reset itself for printing the just collided with the bed and jammed.

I'm surprised its done this out of the box as it looks like its done the test print on the bed before it was sent out.

How do i resolve this please? Is it just a matter of screwing down the levelling screws or is it something else?

Photo attached shows the head position when i hit the home buttons on repetier.

Should just be a matter of adjusting the Z-axis home screw.  You can see it just to the left of the Z-axis guide rods.

And I have seen just the vibration in the back of semi trailer unscrew things that had tension on them... like the bed leveling screws.
