Topic: First layer not sticking to subsequent layers

I have this post here:

And realized I might have posted in the wrong forum.

Has anyone ever experienced a print, where, the print sticks to the bed fine, but then, when you take the print off, there is an air pocket between the first few layers and the subsequent layers?  I'm not sure if it is just how Slicer sliced it or what.  I've never had this issue before.  I'm going to try to print a different object tonight and see if I see the same effect.

Do you have the machine enclosed?  Sometimes ambient air temp cools the layers too fast and they don't quite stick resulting in these "gaps" or "air pockets" as you call them.  It looks like a horizontal crack in the wall of the part, doesn't it?

Not quiet - the exteriour is solid, but as I pulled the model off the kapton, the bottom layer was sagging (though no cracks appeared in the surface.  So it's like this little button, like a blister on the skin might be.

Usually when I pull the print off, the bottom is hot, but very solid.

Is that where the screw head is on the bed? Maybe not heating up there
