Topic: Solidoodle tech support

I need to know what works. So far I'm not having much luck dealing with them via e-mail. I've been down for a week (after 3 days of printing) and based on my progress so far it might be another week. All because of a bad resistor. Any suggestions on how to expedite a repair would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

TiM

If the part is not too expensive, order one from another source, you'll need a back up anyway.  It will get to you faster.

Lol, I had to file a BBB claim due to their inaction.   They could really use someone like myself their support manager, it's really not that hard to get folks productive.

You could switch the resistor yourself. Took me under 30 minutes to get my printer working again.

if I had known how long and how hard this process would be, I would have bought and soldered in a replacement resistor. Live and learn.
