Topic: CTC 3D Printer unboxing

This is a simple question, but I got a CTC 3D Printer and there are two boxed items under the Build Plate.  I cannot see any way to get them out, so I just want to know do I just select Level Build Plate to move the build plate to the top, or is there another way to make the build plate move up?

I don't want to damage anything before I even get started, but the instructions are hopeless and there is nothing mentioned about these two boxes or how to remove them.

As long as the motor is not running you can reach back and turn the screw by hand to get the bed high enough to get the boxes. I fear yours is one of the clones made under the name CTC. The actual brand and legit printers by said company is CT'c and they pack the printer in a heavy cardboard frame inside of a box and all the extra parts and hotends where in special spaces on top of this frame. So I wish luck to you if it is a clone. One of the companies cloning these had the never to put in firmware that required you to buy a USB dongle that allowed you to use YOUR printer X amount of time. Once that time ran out you had to buy another dongle at like $60 a pop. Hopefully yours is not like that version.
