I fear yours is one of the clones made under the name CTC. The actual brand and legit printers by said company is CT'c and they pack the printer in a heavy cardboard frame inside of a box and all the extra parts and hotends where in special spaces on top of this frame. So I wish luck to you if it is a clone. One of the companies cloning these had the never to put in firmware that required you to buy a USB dongle that allowed you to use YOUR printer X amount of time. Once that time ran out you had to buy another dongle at like $60 a pop. Hopefully yours is not like that version.

I don't want to damage anything before I even get started, but the instructions are hopeless and there is nothing mentioned about these two boxes or how to remove them.
