Just need to tweak your steps per mm on each axis a bit unless you are happy with that tolarance.
not sure how to do that
Just google adjusting steps per mm. Plenty of videos and tutorials on it.
If you adjust steps per mm this way, you will see error accumulation in larger prints. The stock steps per mm are correct. You have play in an axis, probably Y at the drive rod.
Yup, don't touch those steps-per-mm unless you're trying to fix an error below about 0.01mm... :Z
<=0.3mm could quite likely a combination of wall thickness variation and hysteresis in that axis. This is all neglecting print imperfections (there's at least 0.1mm worth of bulge in your corners... Slic3r is working on an extruder pressure control algorithm to try and minimise these, but until then no dice haha), and thermal effects (warping, bending, stretching filament etc.). You'll also have to accept at some point that life in the land of FFF doesn't get a whole lot better than this! ![]()
In order to determine whether your problem is a constant error or a proportional error, you will need to calibrate at least two points (e.g. do a 80mm square too). See this diagram: http://www.soliforum.com/post/88520/#p88520
The only number I'm seeing there you're likely to improve with tuning is the 19.76. I think you should be able to bring that up a bit once you've worked out what the cause is (of many options...)!
