Topic: loose lm8uu bearings

I am printing a  spare right side y carriage. The bearings are a bit loose. I know that I can wrap some tape around them to tighten them up. Somewhere I saw on here someone had a suggestion on how to print them so they would be tighter but  I can't  find it. Does anybody remember that?

SD3, E3D hotend, linear bearing on x/y axis',pillow block bearing on y conneting rod, ball bearngs on front y axis, fan on y stepper motor.

Kinda, but you could just bump up your extrusion rate slightly.

SD3, RAMPS 1.4, Lawsy's carriages modified by me, 2 SSRs, E3D V6, 2 Power supplies, Independent monitoring of both power supplies (amps and volts) also extruder and bed temps, Blue Tooth connectivity, bearings in all axis & rotational points, Y axis direct drive.  Remotely controlled power box on / off . Do you mean the mulitplier or the flow rate slider?

Re: loose lm8uu bearings

Multiplier. Flow rate slider might work, but I think you'll have better results with the multiplier. Flow rate slider can cause extruder clicking if you aren't careful.

thanks, I'LL  try that.
