Topic: The Turtle Moves!

I have my Y direct drive hooked up, and it seems to move the carriage just fine. Very smooth, no flexing of the case or funny noises.

Unfortunately, I'll have to get some 50mm M3 bolts to attach the mk5 extruder to the new carriage before I can get printing again and see what the
backlash is like, but it sure seems to move well to the naked eye.

That mount is a beast! Nice work.  Any reason your sticking with the stock bushings? Replacing those with some flange bearings should help with reducing  flex on the shaft from line tension.

Already making too many changes at the same time :-). Also, practically speaking, the bushings seem to work fine.
