need more info like material, temps, ambient conditions as cold drafts can cause warping in spots being printed when cold air hits area while printing, etc for better help. but looks like some of the issue may be flow restriction.

Solidoodle 2 with Deluxe kit cover & glass bed with heater. and 2nd board SD2 used not 3rd and alum platform not installed yet still wood. also need cooling fan installed to board. use Repetier Host couple vers. Slic3r also have all free ware STL programs

After this problem (http://www.soliforum.com/topic/8119/how-to-fix-blobs/) , I have been tuning these 3D prints.

ABS 1.75
bed temp - 95
extruder - 200
warm enviroment - 20
nozzle diameter - 0.35 (I´ve already tried 0.42)
extrusion multipler adjusted t0 0.79
steps per mm adjusted E:127.00
