Topic: Power supply adapter missing

Can I wire my adapter directly to the mother board?

I pulled my Solidoodle 2 out of storage to generate a new project.  When I started to plug it in, I noticed that the adapter was missing.    I do not know what happened, or how it happened but it appears as if the male adapter from the power adapter and the female adapter for the motherboard have been stripped.

Looking at the photo, can I attach the blue and black wires from the adapter directly to the the prongs on the motherboard?

With the blue/black wires, be very careful to ensure you get the positive and negative around the right way, it's not obvious! Check and double check with a volt meter before you turn it on, as the penalty for failure is a dead board.

They go directly to the green screw terminal block on the bottom right.

Blue on bottom black on top
