35 HOUR PRINT?! lol
When you hit Run Job, is there movement? Judging by the images you uploaded, it seems your bed temp is not reaching the desired setting. If this were to be the case, the print will not start until reaching the desired setting....everything will just stay put.
If motors move and the platform raises but doesn't print, the problem may be the heat.

Can you be a little more specific with the steps you are taking how the printer is reacting?

When I hit Run Job it freezes nothing happens then if I try to kill the job or do anything else i get the lovely (Not Responding error).  I know about the bed being hot enough I re tried with the Temp at the matching the setting.  The program freezes up.

Re: Printer won't print after slicing

When I run with Solidoodle Rep Rap 8.5 I get the error message captured when I try to slice.  any thoughts? This is with models I have printed before.  I think it is software, the print bed and extruder are hot and the x,y,z axis respond with manual control as well as the extruder.  I changed USB ports too, nothing prints.  I have a job I need to complete on a deadline any thoughts?  I did try to upgrade Slicer earlier that is when the problems started.  I added the picture to the original post  8.5 error.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

In my experience, there is something wrong with your current settings in Slic3r. I haven't fiddled with Skeinforge, but I play with settings and experiment constantly and tend to see this.

Thank you I figured it out. the filament was set a 3.0 and I changed it to my settings to 1.75  It's slicing now.
