All of the above is assuming that you really do have everything else moving as smoothly as you say.
whats the vref? i have calibrated the extruder before, is pulls in exactly what i tell it too, i watched the video. Tried glass, i just dont wanna keep hairspray on supply ... got 2 new kapton tapes coming. i have retraction set to only retract when crossing perimeters and a 1mm retraction. and you right, i did a larger print befor i went to bed, dosent seem like its there on that one.

belt tension is fairly tight, but i have the bearing with the pillow block installed and my circles are fine, printhead does seem like it has a bit of play in it, not too much though. how tight should it be?
