Topic: printing going slow after switching filament

i just switched form abs to pla because i dont have a heated bed and now the printer is running really slow also what temp should white pla melt at ? because i have my extruder on 175

About 180 degrees is what I use, although 175 is probably fine as well.  Did you change anything else in the software before it started going slow?

not enough details.

"Slow" is not really a description.


More extensively detailed questions tend to get better responses.

are they coming out too thin? is their filament power at extrude? are you worry about temp and the flow rate?

Close repetier host, disconnect the USb from your computer and then power the printer off. Reconnect the USB, turn the printer back on, and then reopen repetier host, reconnect, and re-home.

Marlin/Reptier host sometimes have buffer arguments... easiest way to resolve them is above.
