Reconnect the USB, turn the printer back on, and then reopen repetier host, reconnect, and re-home.

Marlin/Reptier host sometimes have buffer arguments... easiest way to resolve them is above.

are they coming out too thin? is their filament power at extrude? are you worry about temp and the flow rate?
