Topic: Support Material sticking too well to part
I have this issue where the part prints and sticks to the bed just fine but the removal of the support material is almost impossible. Any advice?

If your printer is still overextruding then support material will have a better bond to the actual print... have you done any of the calibrations to fix the factory overextruding issues?
no i havent. can't i just change the flow rate?
***UPDATE***
I changed some more settings with Slic3r in RH and now the support material is breaking off in one nice piece. I've uploaded pictures of my setting below. This is for my Solidoodle 3. ABS is extruding from 210C .35mm Nozzle and the print bed is at 110C.

One huge discovery I have made recently is to generate support targeted material in the model instead of relying on the slicer... The slicer ALWAYS makes a mess of the print and requires a lot of clean up after printing.
Depending on the geometry of your print, this guide can be a huge help to support your model and requires a LOT less cleanup afterwards. Give it a shot. Once you do it one or twice it is pretty easy to do.
You could always try Kisslicer
i love meshmixer. not often worth the effort tho
. oc ocassion, brilliant
