Topic: can someone explain this slice?

I just upgraded to the new RH and was checking the settings so i did a slice of a part i have already printed.  It could have been the other version of slic3r did the same thing i just didn't notice it.  Anyway, could someone explain why the top and bottom layers are not creating a bottom/top in the area around the radius?

That gap isn't big enough for slicer to fit another pass. If you back off your perimeters to 2 the infill should take over and fill that gap for you.

SD3 w/ mods:
Glass bed with QU-BD heat pad upgrade, threadless ballscrew w/ 8mm smooth rod, spectra line belt replacement, lawsy MK5 extruder, Lawsy replacement carriage, E3D hotend, Ramps 1.4 w/ reprap discount controller, DRV8825 drivers, 12v 30A PS, Acrylic case, Overkill Y-idlers, Filament alarm, Extruder fan + more.

that did it.  had my parameters set to 4 from another print.  I was able to get it to fill in at 3.  Thanks!
