Oh! Uhhh, yeah, Hmm.
(besides laughing at the mispellings in my last post [whole, note, etc]) I should add a few things.
(1) I don't really think that making the wooden piece the right side will necessarily fix the wobble you're noticing in the vertical direction. That looks like z-axis wobble if I'm not mistaken, for which you want some anti-backlash mods. I would look up the backlash information on this forum and the solidoodle wiki (google solidoodle wiki should work.) I have finally gotten my printer back up and running this week for the first time for a few months, and I have reaquired some decent Z-axis wobble. In the past, just the anti-backlash nut mod was enough for me. but recently people have been posting potentially more sophisticated and better z-wobble mods...It's worth a thorough review of the info online to see what you're comfortable with trying.
(2) To turn around the wooden piece i think you just need to remove a few screws and pop out the black groovemount system. Just remember, like any time you would handle a sharp knife, don't use too much force and be in control of whatever force you are using. If you have to exert a lot of effort to move anything chances are you're not doing it right because these parts are pretty small.
(3) That said, I think you should print a full Mk4 or MK5 extruder body replacement parts (probably Mk5 because it's more recent). It's somewhere in this forum I think, and thingiverse. The acrylic jigsaw one that you're using right now is quite easy to damage, and once it's damaged it's hard to fix it because you can't just print a replacement
.
To that effect, since I got my printer up and running I've mostly been printing a full set of all plastic parts, so I never find myself without repair units. It's 10x easier to prepare before your printer breaks
