Topic: z-axis stepper motor wont home

I replaced my stepper motor on the z-axis. I can manually move the table up and down. However, when I home the Z-axis, it siezes up and just makes a noise. I have to hit the emergency stop. To print I manually raise the bed as far as  I can and then run the job and it prints no problem.

fixed...

turns out I had to reduce the Z-Axis feedrate from 5mm/sec to 2.5mm/sec...
all appears to be fine now; thankfully...

I'll try a print now, if any problems occur; I'll update the thread.
