Extruder does turn on when printing. X,Y, and z are runing fine. but no ABS extruded. ?

Is there a G code that is not being added? Do I have a button turned off?

Has the extruder ever worked for your before?
Are you using Repetier-Host?

Did you click "heat extruder" in manual control?

There is a 'test' button somewhere near the bottom?? of the screen IIRC that disables extrusion for testing print runs... is this clicked?

EDIT: Ok I just checked it is called 'Dry Run' located in the bottom right of the manual control tab in repetier host... if it isn't this then the stepper motor shaft may be slipping inside the filament drive gear use the manual extrude buttons to check on this.
