Topic: Perimeter, Infill, and Flow Rate issues.

So having perfectly adjusted my extrusion settings so i get .42mm wide extrusion I have problems with infill not meeting perimiters.  If I over extrude I get really strong parts with great infill/perimeter meetup, but at .42mm I have gaps like the picture below.  Please help.

Edit:  this happens with both kisslicer and slic3r

You can try different slicers and see if they help. I would tweak your extrusion multiplier till you get something in between the two.

I used this method and most of my problems went away.

Yes that is what causes my problem.  If I over extrude it works fine.  If I set my extrusion to be perfect it has seperated perimiters from infill.

What if you set a larger extrusion width in Slic3r for different areas?  Like .42 for perimeters, and .5 for solid infill.

Maybe your temp is too low

Really no ones has had this problem before?

I do like Ian said, and adjust for these kinds of things in the slicing software.
