Topic: Groaning, jaring on the moving y-axis

While printig I hear something like a groan or jar from the left backside of my printer.
Happens while printing and moving the y-axis.
While manual control I can't hear anything.

Is the bed level?

SD3, E3D hotend,linear bearing on x/y axis',pillow block bearing on y conneting rod, ball bearngs on front y axis, fan on y stepper motor.

Yes. Leveled the bed. You think there is a pressure from the printhead onto the bed?

your y axis might have slipped one of the pulleys on the back shaft causing the x,y to bind which could lead to noise and even losing steps, tyr to check if the x,y rods are square if not just loosen one of the pulleys setscrews and adjust it then retighten.

Double check that all the set screws on the pulleys are tight.
