Topic: Settings to make support material easier to remove?

Greetings,
Sometimes my support material comes off easily and cleanly, but 8 out of 10 times its so hard to remove that I end up sanding it off with a dremel... I was wondering if this is normal and everyone has hard time removing support material or just my possible settings needs tweaking?

Try going to the extrusion width settings screen and decrease the support extrusion width to a value close to half your nozzle diameter.
