The video is at a kinda weird angle but toward the end I think I saw the problem. Correct me if I'm wrong, but you're printing a skirt and then when it starts to print the model, it overlaps onto the skirt?
If so, check the model you're trying to print. Specifically check to make sure it's lying completely flat against the bed before you print. If you're using RH or OctoPi check the preview G-code starting at Layer 1, if everything looks ok, check the next layer to see when in the G-code it starts to overlap the skirt. This will let you know if it's a problem with the model.
The skirt is in yellow and the model is in red.
