Re: Printer not heating up

Is this a stock machine or modified? I don't remember what the stock LCD looks like.

Printing since 2009 and still love it!
Anycubic 4MAX best $225 ever invested.
Voxelabs Proxima SLA. 6 inch 2k Mono LCD.
Anycubic Predator, massive Delta machine. 450 x 370 print envelope.

Re: Printer not heating up

sensor defect, so you are in dry mode to avoid problem
if you said you read 359 when starting, because sensor has a limit of 300, over this temperature it consider the measurement has a problem, so it go to dry mode to prevent heating.
You also can connect repetier to see what temperature is measured, def is only on LCD
Looks like sensor problem, if at room temperature it give 359 degres, it is not normal

Re: Printer not heating up

Yeah it's cold but reads 359 then errors out. It's a new sensor. If it happens with the E3D official one then I'm parting the machine out getting another different one

Re: Printer not heating up

you cannot use any thermistor on Davinci because it has additionnal resistor, so table need to be modified, it cannot be use as it is
