Topic: davinci 1.0 rod shaft bend :(

I bought a used printer,
I now understand why I buy cheap!
I had much difficulty in calibrating my printer!

If you measure the diameter of the rods, there are many suppliers. I am in the us and get mine from McMaster-Carr www.mcmaster.Com . Another popular company is misume. If you can find a supplier of precision rod in your country, it may be cheaper than shipping from the us.

SD3 w/ RUMBA (8825s), merlin hot end (in pieces). Ender3 w/ silent board for PLA printing. Ender5 w/ silent board, e3d v6, new z lead screw, and glass bed. DiY Kossel w/ smoothieboard (in pieces). Vellman Vertex (in pieces)

The problem with the Da Vinci, not sure if you have one but the Y rods have double grooves cut in each end for snap rings to mount on the inside and outside of the frame. Those are a major pin to cut accurately on hardened rod without a small machine shop.

To Efes, I don't think the upper crossbars will have that great of an impact on you as they simply keep the drive belts on either side sychronized. They do not directly impact the alignment of the head like the X and Y rods would.

Actually I misread your picture. The rods you have marked if bent will need to be replaced. I though the one at the top for the belts where marked, but they are not.
