Topic: stand alone slic3r

If use the standalone ver of  slic3r, how do I  the G-code it creates in RH , I know RH has slic3r in it  but there was a post about using it alone since I can't get objects to print in center of the bed even tho it shows centered in RH. Make sense?

I would try using a different slicer if you are still having problems.

my new favorite: http://www.soliforum.com/topic/348/kisslicer/

just make sure you set the offset as indicated in the thread so that the prints are centered.

Re: stand alone slic3r

Export the g-code from kisslicer to a known location, then start repetier and load your g-code....from menu in RH.

Re: stand alone slic3r

I had a hard time finding this button myself.  One would think that it would be on the gcode tab next to the new and save buttons.  But the Load GCode button (on RH-Mac) is to the Right of the Connect/Disconnect button at the top left of the interface.
