I'm tired of using expensive reels. The only reason I haven't hacked the Junior is it just prints. Period. It actually does. But costs of original vs other brands are way high.

I just received a number of paper tags and I found somewhere on the forum the picture below would be needed to configure the paper tags completely and be usable in my da vinci jr 1.0w.  I got a unidentified spool error with the tag that I configured.  Can anyone tell me what I did wrong or if this was even correct to begin with?  Read a couple of threads that I didnt need to change but only a couple of pages, not all the ones that I did.
I had to ask for a configuring paper tags with Android for dummies but some guidance would be greatly appreciated.

hello good can you help me I have a da vinci jr 1.0 and perform all the steps, read the key I wrote on the card but at the moment the printer reads this it throws stats untified the printer firmware is in 2.3.5 and not what I can go down.
I would appreciate your help.

Carl is correct, you will not be able to reset tags, but you can use one of the other options if you read the threads.

I would be careful if I where you. By making it public and charging for it you are opening yourself to being sued by XYZ should they desire to do so. After all you are hurting their bottom dollar and making money by doing it. Most of the other apps where not publicly advertised and where given away with an option for a donation. But good work either way.

I am having troubles with using an NTAG215 tag. it claims that it wrote the tag using the reel tag app for Android but still sees it as blank when I rescan it. I just ordered more 3rd party filament and I'm not sure what to do now. I am new to this and I tried to refill my real tags from my actual 1st party filament but they got locked and bricked. I need help and fast, please!

I have ordered some 213s but I need something printed sooner than when they will arrive. Do you know the trick you speak of or where I can find how to do it?

I've just resolved my problem and made a forum post about it, I still have one more question however. I have a spool that has 18 meters left on it but I want to be able to read that from the printer. Do you know what the format for changing the amount left on spool is?
