Topic: LED Strip issues?

So, here's a new one. I'd been printing with everything open for a while, and getting middling results. I decided to do some "all doors closed" prints to see how they turned out, and it's looking like I'm getting substantially the same results - with one exception. The LED strip's adhesive is degooping in the heat from the enclosed chamber, and the strip's falling off the mount. I can stick it back on, but still - it's seeming like Yet One More Thing To Worry About with this printer.

Mine was like this when I opened the box. The adhesive is just goo. For a temp fix I scotch taped it in place. I do not look forward to cleaning up the goo.

I didn't realize they'd used a stick-on LED strip...  yeah those will all end up drooping after a while from the heat.

Yep, I experienced exactly the same thing.   The first print I did with the lid and door closed the LED strip dropped right off.    I just taped mine back up for now.

Time for some guerrilla glue...it wont be going anywhere once that stuff dries

Same here, used super glue to re-attach...
