Topic: Z banding/wobble returned, now fixed

Shortly after installing my m3 Z axis rod, the banding that went away came back.  Finally after pouring over threads here, and watching this video specifically: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ix8PHHisDuw, I have solved my issue with z banding/wobble.

Turns out that my m3 and coupler didn't flex as much as I thought they would to compensate for any flaws.  It was still stiff enough to flex the bed with at least the tolerance of the bushings.

This is the coupler, all I did was get them hand tight and backed off a bit.  I did add some lithium grease for good measure.

Here is what the issue looked like on every print:

Now after letting the bed just rest on the bottom of my nut trap:

Here is a good comparison of what consistent layers can do.  This is before and then after.
