			<title><![CDATA[Z banding/wobble returned, now fixed]]></title>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>Shortly after installing my m3 Z axis rod, the banding that went away came back.&nbsp; Finally after pouring over threads here, and watching this video specifically: <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ix8PHHisDuw">https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ix8PHHisDuw</a>, I have solved my issue with z banding/wobble.</p><p>Turns out that my m3 and coupler didn&#039;t flex as much as I thought they would to compensate for any flaws.&nbsp; It was still stiff enough to flex the bed with at least the tolerance of the bushings.</p><p>This is the coupler, all I did was get them hand tight and backed off a bit.&nbsp; I did add some lithium grease for good measure.</p><p><span class="postimg"><img src="http://i.imgur.com/IGT6LFp.jpg" alt="http://i.imgur.com/IGT6LFp.jpg" /></span></p><p>Here is what the issue looked like on every print:</p><p><span class="postimg"><img src="http://i.imgur.com/PSVaK4d.jpg" alt="http://i.imgur.com/PSVaK4d.jpg" /></span></p><p>Now after letting the bed just rest on the bottom of my nut trap:</p><p><span class="postimg"><img src="http://i.imgur.com/n7kIJSV.jpg?1" alt="http://i.imgur.com/n7kIJSV.jpg?1" /></span></p>]]></description>
