Topic: question about printing a vase

I haven't tried to print something like a thin wall vase on my Makerbot 2X
My nozzle Dia. is .4mm
can i get a good print with .2mm Layer thickness, 1 shell wall thickness, 0 infill,

If you're using slic3r you can use the "spiral vase" setting.

I am using Makerbot Desktop which is a proprietary software.

In my experience, 1 perimeter is usually not enough to make a vase worth having.  It will be very weak.  With a 0.4 mm nozzle, your width is probably about 0.48 mm and that is just not a lot of plastic and it is going to be flimsy.  Not to mention if your vase has steep sides you might even get gaps.  For a decent sized vase that takes up most of my build plate I would use at least three perimeters.  This does mean not spiral vase settings but oh well.
