Topic: tension spring size

so i seem to have lost the spring for the tension arm on the extruder block for my sd2. Does anyone know where i can get a replacement or take a measurement  of the spring for me?

SD2 - mirror bed - e3d v6 - extruder cooling fan - no enclosure.

Take the screw,nut and washers with you to a hardware store. That's what I did for the mk5 on my SD4. You'll find one that fits.

some have different amounts of tension depending what they are made of and how. may have to try a few for best amount of force. I bought an assortment of springs at Harbor freight for things like that. you will need more later for something and their cheap.

Solidoodle 2 with Deluxe kit cover & glass bed with heater. and 2nd board SD2 used not 3rd and alum platform not installed yet still wood. also need cooling fan installed to board. use Repetier Host couple vers. Slic3r also have all free ware STL programs
