Topic: Repetier - print stopping due to random resets

For some reason, when I am printing on my SD2, I am unable to complete prints because Repetier makes the printer reset - I usually get about 5-10 error messages per second when this happens until I stop the print.  I really have no idea what is causing this - everything else is working fine, maxtemp is not being triggered, and I can't see anything else wrong.  Thoughts?

Re: Repetier - print stopping due to random resets

I kept getting this message when some of my wires were lose to the temp sensor after installing to E3D. Is it the M999 errror? Does it shut off the bed and hotend when this happens?

LdyMox is on the right path. However, are you still on the stock hotend or did you upgrade?

I have experienced this:
*After my fumbling attempts to flash firmware for my E3D #ihateprintrboard
*Before upgrading my PSU
*If I was running a program in the background that gobbles RAM (Cubase in my case)
*A single loose wire
*Board was getting hot...resolved by adding a fan

Retrace your lines to make sure everything is connected. That is the fastest and cheapest start.
After that, you could try plugging into a different USB port. I read of a user on another site who said this worked...but he was using a different setup...Prusa and Mac I think.

If these don't help, try giving us as much info as possible. A screenshot of the error codes and the temp chart will help us alot.
