Topic: ABS & PLA on a E3D

What filament (diameter and Extrusion multipliers) are people using on an E3D for PLA and ABS?

Neither numbers are E3D dependent. Especially not diameter.

Suppose so but I can messed with the settings alot to make it work better with the stock hot end. I am sure I can find those settings on this board somewhere if they are the same.

Ok, now that I know the E3D didn't matter I can try the stock 1.75mm and .8 extrusion as a base.

Re: ABS & PLA on a E3D

Filament diameter number should come from....measuring your filament.

Extrusion multiplier should come from a single wall calibration. (http://solidoodletips.wordpress.com/201 … flow-rate/)

Both are covered dozens of times on this forum.
