Topic: Need help with selecting a glue for ABS to Neodymium magnet.

Want to permanently fix Neodymium magnets to ABS. I think they are plated with nickel on the outside if I remember correctly. I am currently using Gorilla Glue (the "super glue" variety) and it seems to work pretty good but wondering if there's anything else out there that is better. They are 4mm diameter magnets so very small.

My SD3:  Clear plexiglass case, case heater, X axis stabilizer, Z axis stabilizer, thumb screws, filament guide, heatsinks on all motors, extruder fan, controller fan, heatsinks on motherboard, Y rod pillow block, USB and Power on/off switch, fully calibrated including trimpot tuning. Am I missing anything?

I used two-part epoxy to hold the magnets in my dial-indicator mounting bracket.  Worked great.

I have used two part epoxies and also E6000(shoe goo)I usually rough up the surface of the magnet I am putting the glue on, have never had either fail yet smile

Epoxy seems overkill, it's stronger than the ABS. cyanoacrylic "superglue"s have been my favorite.

I used JBWeld epoxy because I had some (who cares if it is overkill :-).

I've used Hobby Haven's wood/metal model glue with great success before on 1*1/2*1/8" neodymium magnets.  It still seems to be holding fine.
