Topic: Extruder wont extrude! Help!!

I disassembled my stock jigsaw to clean out a massive clog. Just fired everything up and not it will not extrude. All communications between my SD2 and the computer are just fine, fans, lights, everything is fine, but it shows not even the slightest effort of rotating!
HELP HELP HELP HELP HELP!!!!

Is the E stepper plugged into the motherboard?

Does the hot end heat up?

Everything is green (good and as it should be). Extruder is heating up, both via software, and a swift yet delicate tap of the finger (ouch). Now, I have commands building up. I'm going to try disconnecting then hitting the reset on the board.

You could try switching the stepper driver for your extruder with one of the other axis drivers to see if it is a driver problem or a problem with the extruder stepper motor.  This would only work on the sanguinololu.

The reset did the trick. I dont know what caused it to act up, but I immediately had two successful prints.
