Topic: Need urgent help with setting up my new Solidoodle 3!

I have a working printer, and I followed the instructions to the letter. The solidoodle website said that Device driver software would install automatically, but 2 of my different computers said they can't find the software. Can anyone tell me where  I can just download it? I already set up RepetierHost.

Here's what I get:
Driver Device software not successfully installed
    Please consult your devices manufacturer before getting this device installed
       USB serial.           :No driver found

What OS are you using?  xp, vista win7 or 8? I have SD3  running Windows  8 , the key to installing the usb driver is  start win 8 , allowing unsigned drivers to be installed.

SD3, E3D hotend,linear bearing on x/y axis',pillow block bearing on y conneting rod, ball bearngs on front y axis, fan on y stepper motor.

I have the same issue, and have attempted to follow the http://revryl.com/2013/08/06/install-unsigned-drivers/ method, but I can't seem to get it to work. Do I just double click on the serial_install.exe file and run (because even though it says it has done something, nothing has changed). If I try to manually update the firmware the other way (update driver etc.) it also doesn't work hmm
I am running Windows 8.1 . I've had my solidoodle  (Sang board) for a while now. But upgraded my pute because it was randomly dropping out.
