Topic: Firmware error stopped 20% of print

Hi everyone,

I have a weird one for you

I was printing out a part while I was sleeping and the printer stopped due to a firmware error

I've never had this problem before

Anyone ever encounter this?

So RH just says 'firmware error' in the log or was it more detailed?

I'm using simplify 3d
It did include more information however it was 5am and I tried resetting the host and it erased my log so I just shut it off. I'm currently printing right now so I hope it doesn't happen again

Strange... I have never had any of mine do that.... I'll have to pop through the f/w and see what possibilities are out there.

Printed the same model and it didn't appear to happen again

I'll update this thread if it happens again in the future with the proper error response

What firmware do you have? Stock, Lawsy's, Adrians updated Marlin?
