Topic: Unresponsive

Ok, I hope someone can help..

I received my printer yesterday, went straight to my friends house to hook it up,
We downloaded the software to his mac, configured the printer and everything worked except the bed heating up, after hours we gave up and I brought my printer home.

Now today I installed the software to my laptop, configured it and initially in blue box it always had 6-8 commands waiting, straight after plugging it in, and it was completely unresponsive. So I uninstalled the software and reinstalled it and tried again the commands waiting were gone but the printer is still unresponsive. It's not in virtual print mode or anything and I'm lost..

Can someone help please??

I had something like that happen to me once. In RepetierHost I went under printer settings and changed the "reset on connect" to disabled. then everything went back to normal. No idea if its the same problem you're having, but this is what worked for me. Good luck!

Sounds like the Comm port setting is wrong. Take a look at what comm port the USB has assigned to it and double check that is what is selected in repetier host.

I had a very similar problem, and I think there's a few threads that troubleshoot this.
