Topic: Need Help with Solidoodle Replacement Carriages upgrade!

I was wondering if anyone can show me a picture or a video of how the x-axis belt is suppose to be screwed on? Also, are the bearings going to be smoother or just work better?

Its identical to the existing carriage.

Bearings are smoother and offer less mechanical resistance so higher repeatable accuracy

I have the Y-axis carriages mounted and the belts those are fine, but i cant figure out how to screw the x-axis belt

Underneath you will see a similar setup to the y carriage.  Read the directions on thingyverse and it will explain that you need to flip over one of the belt pulley doodads to make it go.  It will end up very much smoother depending on your rods.
