Topic: Print Curling - Not print surface issue
I ran into an issue when trying to print an object with a hole through it. While building up the print, prior to bridging, the layers will begin to curl up. Any thoughts on why this would occur?
Acrylic enclosure
E3D hotend @ 200º and 225º with no apparent change
qu-bd bed heated to 90º
No bottom warpage
Octave red ABS
.35mm layer height with speeds apx 15-20% higher than default
Also noticing some waviness to the layers when I watch closely. It doesn't lift nearly as much as the layers in question, but you can see some gaps in the image that were caused by this. apx 50% humidity in room with AC. I may need to pick up a tote to start storing my filament in.
